Project Manager
With proven experience in deploying Sage MAS 500 solutions globally, the
project manager ensures that a project is completed on time and within
budget. The Project Manager creates and maintains the project plan as
well as resource allocations. The Project Manager leads the project in
terms of applied technologies and is the main point of contact for your
organization.
Implementation Leader
The Implementation Leader assists the Sage MAS 500 Project Manager in
breaking the large elements of the project into manageable sub-tasks for
each Software Engineer. In addition, the Implementation Leader writes
detailed design documentation, functional specifications, and
requirements documents as the customizations required for your project
are determined.
Lead Architect
The Lead Architect provides recommendations for the design of your
overall system architecture based on his or her technical expertise and
knowledge of the Sage MAS 500 applications.
Technical Specialist
The Technical Specialist leads the Software Engineers with the technical
implementation, and assists the Engineers with technical details as
required. The Technical Specialist is also responsible for creating the
detailed technical design based on system requirements. He or she acts
as a liaison with other departments to resolve product-related issues
affecting the project or product.
Software Engineer
The main task of the Software Engineer is to implement the
customizations for your project. Throughout the implementation process,
the Software Engineer will provide functional design and configuration
reviews to ensure the timely and successful delivery of your customized
Sage MAS 500 system.
