This issue can be related to insufficient user rights, the defined data path, or invalid print drivers in Windows. For more information, open Crystal Reports, and then open any report in the ...\Reports folder. If a Crystal form or report is selected, the user may have insufficient rights to the Sage ERP MAS 200 data folder on the server. Crystal Reports uses the UNC path to access data and requires sufficient network permissions.
To resolve the issue, verify the ODBC path in Sota.ini, and verify that this path matches the one in the SOTAMAS90 DSN. Other causes include an incorrect data path in Company Maintenance, or invalid printers defined in the Windows printer folder.
