Sage ERP MAS 90 and 200 4.5

Coming in Sage ERP MAS 90 and 200 4.5 will be over fourteen feature and functionality enhancements across many areas of your system, including Accounts Receivable, Payroll, and Sales Order. Also when you upgrade to version 4.5, you'll receive a FREE fully-functional SageCRM 7.1 server license and one FREE SageCRM 7.1 user license, and through SageCRM you'll get access to an eMarketing service to help you market to your customers. Also coming with 4.5 are additional features in Sage ERP MAS Intelligence, the flexibility to choose to upgrade to Sage ERP MAS 200 SQL, and more.

National Account Management

In 4.5, new features in Accounts Receivable will enable you to create National Accounts. This type of customer account will provide you with the ability to establish relationships between your National Account, which is typically a parent company, and multiple associated customer accounts, such as branches and subsidiaries. National Accounts will allow you to invoice the larger company for goods and services that you provide to multiple associated companies, and keep a unique customer account for each location. For example, these new features and functionality will give you the ability to ship your goods to one of your local customers, and to invoice the National Account you have established, rather than bill the "Sold To" local customer account.

Enhancements to Payroll

New Payroll features and functionality will be added in 4.5, to offer you more flexibility, streamline your data entry process, and provide you with easier and more consistent methods of calculating deductions. The new 4.5 Payroll functionality will include five additional deduction calculation methods for processing your payroll, the ability to automatically perform deduction recalculations and set your deductions based on earnings type, provide you with enhanced Visual Integrator importing of common time management software formats into Payroll Data Entry, and the ability to establish a minimum number of hours worked for benefit accruals.
